Plinest is a PN HPT® based product formulated as a sterile, non-pyrogenic, viscoelastic gel.

• Treatment Goal: Suggested for the prevention of ageing and maintaining younger patients’ skin quality. It also helps to remodel areas with a high fibrous content, such as acne scars.

• Composition: Contains PN HPT® 40mg/2ml.

• Treatment Areas: Face, neck, and décolleté.

• Application: Administered via intradermal injections.

• Younger Skin Protocol: One session (2ml) intradermally via micro-droplet or linear retrograde technique every 14 or 21 days for a total of 3 sessions.

Plinest Eye is an innovative medical device specifically tailored for the delicate eye contour.

• Treatment Goal: Suggested for improving periocular skin texture, firmness, and elasticity.

• Composition: Contains PN HPT® 15mg/2ml in a sterile, non-pyrogenic, viscoelastic gel.

• Treatment Area: Eye contour.

• Application: Administered via intradermal injections.

• Treatment Protocol: 1 to 2ml per session using a micro-droplet or linear retrograde technique. One session every 14 or 21 days for a total of 3-4 sessions.

• Clinical Efficacy: In a study of 48 outpatients, the mean WSRS (Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale) score improved from 3.3 to 1.8. The treatment was well tolerated; a few mild local adverse effects disappeared spontaneously in a few hours.
